Age Requirement: 18+ Only

MediNotes is intended exclusively for university students aged 18 and above. Our service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

COPPA Compliance Statement

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we:

  • Do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age
  • Require all users to be at least 18 years old (university students)
  • Will immediately delete any data if we discover it belongs to a child under 13
  • Do not target advertising to children

Parental Notice

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@medinotes.live. We will take steps to delete such information from our systems within 48 hours.
